Copyright Ruling Ushers in New Dark Era for Hyperlinks
Not A Problem!! - BOYCOTT
"WESTERN" MEDIA!! -- A quote...."In a case
which threatens to cause turmoil for thousands if not
millions of websites, the Court of Justice of the European
Union decided today that a website that merely links to
material that infringes copyright, can itself be found
guilty of copyright infringement, provided only that the
operator knew or could reasonably have known that the
material was infringing. Worse, they will be presumed to
know of this if the links are provided for “the pursuit of
financial gain”. […] -- This judgment is a gift to copyright
holders, who now have a vastly expanded array of targets
against which to bring copyright infringement lawsuits. The
result will be that websites operating in Europe will be
much more reticent to allow external hyperlinks, and may
even remove historical material that contains such links, in
fear of punishing liability."
Simply don't link to any website that posts
material from the "Western" Corporate Crap Media
See!! - PROBLEM SOLVED!!
Only link to alternative websites that produce their own
material, or link to websites which post material from
countries that won't mind it to much....i.e. ANYONE BUT
WESTERN COUNTRIES!
Just like this website does -- As you'll
notice if you take a look down the right hand side of the
front page of Reficultnias, almost every single website
that's listed, ISN'T part of the
"West's" corporate crap media complex, and most of them
rarely use their material.
Besides! Why would you want to use the "West's"
corporate crap media EVER!?!?
- They simply lie all the time about any scam the
parasites are conducting. Like their wars and
financial shenanigans.
- If they're not lying by commission, they're lying by
omission, and not covering anything you really need to
know, or that would actually help you. Like how the
parasites are screwing you on a daily basis and most
importantly....who they really are.
- If they're not lying by commission, or omission,
they're generally getting it completely wrong,
producing idiotic fluff pieces, stupid adverts
masquerading as news stories, or groveling,
obsequious, puff pieces glorifying their parasitic
overlords.
- Or they're filled with butts, boobs, and other
prurient crap.
- Or stupid corporate manufactured (excreted?)
"cultural" memes, and "fashion" trends.
- Not to mention being thoroughly laced with the most
awful, tasteless, music, and movies ever produced in
the last fifty years!
So why would you ever want to post their material or link
to them??
Oh, my! Think about it!! After years of growing
distrust, rapidly declining audience share, along with
accelerating financial losses, it appears the "West's" mass
corp crap media just shot itself in the ass.....again!!
