Same as the parasitic class did in the US-NRE after 9/11. The end goal being not just to put pressure on Pakistan, but to get these now grateful and potentially incriminated Indian politicians (blackmail anyone?) to join with the US-NRE in its plans to confront and contain China on a long term basis. But of course we're supposed to believe the story that, David Coleman Headley went "astray"! The fact that his alleged actions fit PERFECTLY with the US-NRE's long-term strategy and quite ruthless objectives for the region (tactics that might remind some of the British Raj) are simply accidental and totally coincidental. But he does remind this website editor of an FBI "double agent", Ali Mohamed. Yep, here's another case of the fiendishly clever al Qaeda planting a "double agent" on the FBI, and yes, low and behold he somehow fooled them on 9/11....right. You see here's how it works folks. The US-NRE denies any foreknowledge about the (place attack here) after it happens. An attack that always, just somehow, seems to help with the US-NRE's desires to go occupy countries in the Middle East who have geo-strategic locations, energy resources or in some other way would further the PNAC Protocols. After it's revealed through hundreds of sources that the US-NRE not only knew about the (place attack here) for which no blame is EVER assigned, or any real investigation is EVER conducted, stories begin to leak out from the efforts of diligent reporters or whistle blowers about how US-NRE personel were actually involved with the (place attack here) along with the attackers themselves (Gosh, Gee Whiz, you don't say!) Whereupon everyone breaths a sigh of relief later on when it's revealed that the US-NRE would of course, never, ever, do such a thing, that in fact (roll your eyes) these were "double agents" that "fooled" the US-NRE (everyone now nod their heads wisely) You know folks, at some point it it not only becomes childish, pathetic, infantile in addition to being totally ridiculous, it actually becomes boring. How about we all just stop pretending, especially all those guys in the FBI....just STOP with the fake stories about how they "interrogated" the bin Ladens and Saudis as they were flown out of the country days after 9/11, stop with the pitiful excuses of how they "investigated" the anthrax attacks against members of Congress just weeks before they were to vote on articles like the Patriot act. Just don't bother anymore. Everyone in the FBI and the entire US-NRE security establishment should just publicly admit they're here to do the bidding of the wealthy parasitic class in this country and most importantly, service all of AIPAC's needs. So they should just stop pretending, OK, because this whole shtick is becoming truly annoying. As for those who support these policies of mayhem and murder in this country, those who are itching to do another 9/11. As long as you announce it publicly, do what you gotta do. Take pride in your work, be the Leona Helmsley of "terror", go out and publicly state -- "only the 'little people have to pay’ for terror" -- "only the 'little people' have to die for our games", whereas if you're rich or have the backing of the parasitic class in the US-NRE, you can literally get away with murder.
