The title...."Dutch preliminary MH17 crash report leaves too many questions" is not correct.  The report actually answers them all!!

This so-called "report" deliberately and obviously, neglects to investigate, or examine, or even mention, EVERY SINGLE AREA that IF examined or investigated, would probably have implicated the Kiev Junta's complicity in shooting down flight MH17.  What the "report" did cover, in a predetermined, highly selective way, were only those aspects of the shoot-down and crash, that are ambiguous at best, or were explored only to the extent where they remained  ambiguous at best, and would specifically NOT shed light on who actually shot down the plane. 

In other words they have not followed any of the normal criminal investigative procedures, refused to discuss, much less make available eighty percent of the evidence, have deliberately dragged out the investigation, for almost two months now, and released a report that stated basically....."the plane was shot down". Which everyone already knew! - None of which criminally incompetent behavior has EVER been conducted or been observed in any other crash investigation.  

Or to make this perfectly clear, by doing what they did, the way they did, when they did, the Dutch Safety Board have in FACT just publicly convicted the Kiev Bankster regime of the shoot-down and cover-up of flight MH-17. - mpg
