Essentially correct. A prime example of this observation would be when much of this nation's population voted a war mongering, constitution destroying, endlessly lying, Euro-Kazarian AIPAC/Israeli Consortium groomed and selected, bisexual, into the highest office of the land.

Because of the color of his skin and NOT because of the content of his character.

This....person, has proceeded to reign over the greatest transfer of wealth ever seen in this nation's history from the 99% to the top one tenth of one percent of this country's population, along with the greatest destruction of "real" economic assets ever seen since the Great Depression. This....person, and his Bankster cronies accomplished this financial destruction by having the Euro-Kazarian owned Fed print enormous quantities of their script to deliberately inflate the financial assets of the one tenth of one percent, while the real economic assets were stripped and sent overseas.

While this was occurring the government, under this ....person's reign, has proceeded to began the greatest build up in domestic armed forces ever seen in any country in the world.  Billions of rounds of regular ammunition, hollow point, and sniper rounds have been purchased, thousands of MRAP vehicles have been distributed, and polices of ruthlessly suppressing the domestic population have been implemented, including a massive attempt to destroy this nation's constitution.

In other words this so-called "black"....person, this "peace prize" winner, this "liberal" has spent his years in office making nooses out of the best, strongest, hemp rope he could find. Making sure the nooses were well constructed and the ropes were nicely oiled so they would snap tight when used.  Constructed a massive gallows, one that could hold millions of people, where with one action they'll all be hanged at the same time, proceeded to carefully fit these nooses snugly around the necks of "his voters".  All of whom stood passively on the trap doors he placed them on, as he smiled, laughed with delight and cavorted  for the cameras like a trained seal.

And in two years time, as the economy continues to make its final disastrous leg downward, amongst increasing talk of "austerity", and "zombies", he's going hand the controls of this gigantic national gallows he lovingly built over to what will probably be a reactionary administration.
