Devon Archer  -- Mr. Archer is Senior Advisor to Rosemont Seneca Advisors and Managing Partner of Rosemont Seneca Partners. He is also the Co-Founder Rosemont Capital, LLC, the predecessor of Rosemont Seneca, where he has led the development of an investment platform, which manages private equity, fixed income and real estate investments. Mr. Archer is a successful software entrepreneur and technology investor and has led investments in Airvana, Alloy, Fisker Automotive and the Weather Channel. Prior to Rosemont, Mr. Archer was the Co-Founder and President of Sitaro LTD., a bootstrapped marketing software and services company acquired by CoActive Marketing Group (NASD - CMKG). Mr. Archer started his career at Citibank's foreign direct investment group, Citicorp Asia Ltd, where he helped open the firm's office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He also served as Vice President at New England Financial and subsequently MetLife where he was closely involved in MetLife's historic IPO and demutualization in 2000. Mr. Archer served as an advisor to John Kerry during his 2004 Presidential Campaign and co-chaired the National Finance Committee. Mr. Archer received an Emmy Award for his work as a producer of the award-winning documentary "Vietnam, Long Time Coming." Mr. Archer serves on the boards Rosemont Realty, Prospect Global Resources, Social Passport, Grupo Sala, and is a Trustee of the Heinz Family Office. Mr.Archer earned his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Yale University.

R. Hunter Biden  -- Mr. Biden serves as Managing Partner at Rosemont Seneca Partners, Chairman at Rosemont Seneca Advisors and is of counsel at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP. Mr. Biden is also an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's Masters Program in the School of Foreign Service. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of World Food Program USA and as a Director on the not-for-profit Boards of the Center for National Policy, the Truman National Security Project and the US Global Leadership Coalition. Mr. Biden is a member of the CSIS Executive Council on Development, the Chairman's Advisory Board for the National Democratic Institute, and the President's Advisory Board for Catholic Charities in Washington D.C. From 2006-2009 Mr. Biden served on the Board of Directors of Amtrak, serving as Vice Chairman from 2007-2009. Mr. Biden was honored to serve as an Honorary Co-Chair of the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Committee and to have served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Previously, Mr. Biden was a founding member of the law firm, Oldaker, Biden and Belair, LLP, was appointed by President Clinton to serve as Executive Director of E-Commerce Policy Coordination under Secretary of Commerce William Daley and was a Senior Vice President at MBNA America Bank. He is also a member of the bar in the State of Connecticut, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Biden received a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

Arlene Busch  -- Ms. Busch is Managing Director of Rosemont Seneca Advisors, Partner in Rosemont Seneca Partners and leads the firm’s financial and alternative investment advisory practice. Ms. Busch was most recently a Founding Principal and Investment Committee member of Contego Capital Partners (CCP). Prior to founding CCP, she had a distinguished career trading multiple financial instruments world-wide, and investing in hedge funds on behalf of two family offices. From 1995 to 1997, Ms. Busch was Managing Director of worldwide trading for Refco Group, Ltd, where her responsibilities included risk management, asset allocation, and product development for the proprietary trading activities of the firm. Prior to 1995, Ms. Busch was employed by Cresvale, Ltd in their Tokyo and London offices where her responsibilities included trading in all financial products in the major financial centers of Europe, Asia, and the United States. Ms. Busch was one of the first women floor traders at the Board of Trade, Chicago. Subsequently, she managed floor brokerage for First Options (a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs) on the London Financial Futures Exchange and established floor brokerage and proprietary trading for James Capel on the London Financial Futures Exchange and the Marche A Terme d’Instruments Financiers (Paris). She is featured in Robert Koppel's book, Bears, Bulls and Millionaires. Ms. Busch graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree.

Neil Callahan  -- Mr. Callahan is Managing Director of Rosemont Seneca Advisors and Managing Director of Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners. Neil is a seasoned strategist, operator and successful bootstrapped entrepreneur. He has advised many of the world's leading technology companies on strategy, product management, sales & marketing, infrastructure and operations. Neil was the Co-founder and CEO of Sitaro LTD., a leading CRM software company serving technology clients including Adobe, AT&T, Cisco, CA, eBay, eHarmony, IBM, Philips and SAP, which was acquired by CoActive Marketing Group (CMKG). At CoActive, Neil was a member of the executive team as the President of the Digital Business Unit and as the EVP of Business Development where he led M&A and strategic partnership initiatives and completed several acquisitions. Prior to co-founding Sitaro, Neil was a Vice President of Marketing Technology & Strategy for Young & Rubicam / Wunderman where he created integrated digital and media investment strategies for AT&T, Citibank, IBM and Sony. Neil began his career with Andersen Consulting as a software developer and an engagement manager. Neil earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.

Marianna Fazylova
Ms. Fazylova is Senior Associate of Rosemont Seneca Advisors based in our New York office. Ms. Fazylova has 7 years of financial, consulting and fundraising experience. Before joining Rosemont, she was the Associate responsible for venture capital and real estate financing for the US, Asia and Latin America at Equiventure Capital. Prior to Equiventure Marianna led and managed projects for the United Nations and the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. Before moving to the United States she gained operational and corporate finance experience working for various telecommunications and non-profit companies in Moscow. Ms. Fazylova currently serves as a Consul of the UN Yong Global Leadership Foundation. Ms. Fazylova is fluent in Russian and graduated with honors with a degree in Business Administration from Pace University and holds a Master’s Degree from New York University.

John Nevergole  -- Mr. Nevergole is Senior Advisor to Rosemont Seneca Advisors and is a founder and CEO of Africa Business Development, Inc (ABD), a firm that provides consulting and financial services to multi-national firms and investors entering into or currently active in the African market. John has been lead adviser on deals in over 10 countries in Africa, which has resulted in significant flows of investment to the continent including in Mali where projects John lead generated more than $100 million of approved new investments into the country. Outside of Africa John has advised on transactions in Colombia, Brazil and the United Sates in sectors including aviation, agriculture, energy/infrastructure, mining, and telecommunications. Previously John was the founder of Team One Parking, a parking company with activities in Philadelphia and was the accountant for the Southeastern United States in ARAMARK’s Healthcare Division. John has a BS from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Babson College. Additionally, John is a founding board member of SOS du Coeur, a non-profit foundation that provides funding for children to attend school and job training for people looking to re-enter the workforce in Mali.

Joan Peugh  -- Ms. Peugh is Senior Associate of Rosemont Seneca Advisors and works primarily within the alternative investment advisory practice. Previously, Ms. Peugh served as a legislative assistant at the firm of Oldaker, Biden & Belair LLP. Ms. Peugh has held positions with the United States International Trade Commission, The Bretton Woods Committee, and the United States Senate. Ms. Peugh is the Adoption Coordinator Team Leader for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue, a non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of homeless animals and educating the community on responsible pet ownership. Ms. Peugh received a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics and a Master’s Degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from The George Washington University.

Eric Schwerin -- Mr. Schwerin is President of Rosemont Seneca Advisors and a Managing Partner of Rosemont Seneca Partners. Mr. Schwerin was formerly a Partner at Oldaker, Biden & Belair, LLP in Washington, DC. Before entering the private sector, Mr. Schwerin served in the U.S. Government as a Senior Policy Advisor to the Secretary of Commerce and at the White House as the Director of Business Liaison and as the Policy and Outreach Coordinator for the China Trade Relations Working Group (or China PNTR War Room). Shortly after leaving the U.S. Government, Secretary of Commerce Donald Evans and U.S. Trade Representative Robert Zoellick named Mr. Schwerin to the U.S. Government’s Industry Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC) for Information Technology. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of 826DC, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting disadvantaged students ages 6 through 18 with their creative and expository writing skills, and to helping teachers inspire their students to write. Mr. Schwerin received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
