Legitimate Resistance -- Attacks against
foreign military installations or personnel with the intent

considered to be legitimate resistance and NOT an
act of terrorism. There are exceptions. Attacks
are not allowed during flags of truce, against foreign

- It is the right of a people to defend their homeland.
- It is the right of a people to resist foreign
occupation.
- It is the right of a people to rule themselves.
- Acts of terrorism in support of resistance are NEVER

Revolutions -- Generally attacks by citizens
against their government should follow
