For we are the wealthiest one percent.  Can you not feel us? For we are there, in your heads like a snake, slithering through your sub-conscious while you dream, our soft dry serrations imprinting on your minds.  We’re in your very thoughts; we’re there when you wake up and when you go to sleep. We’re physically present in the very air you breathe and the water you drink containing the poisons we have released to enrich ourselves.  In the very food your children eat contaminated by the drugs and toxins we foist upon their soft vulnerable bodies. Like a narcotic fume you inhale us while you watch our mass media, our advertisings, and our literature. Are you not pleased with the world we have created for you. For we care not either way.

We are Nitzche, Ayne Rand, Hitler, we are the super-race, the over-lords, the superman.  Do you not understand? You are our cattle, our slaves. You are weaker than us. Many of you still cling to old relics of thought, ancient traditions. Like little children, a few of you still believe in integrity, justice, restraint, modesty, chastity, charity, honesty, community, hard work, saving, patriotism, honor, the ten commandments, etc.

You are deluded. These concepts are not real; they exist only so we can better control you. You…… the ninety nine percent…… are here for and at our pleasure.    You are here to work for us, not yourselves.  If you live it is at our discretion, if you succeed it is because we allow you to, if you think you have rights it is because we let you believe so.

For we are the wealthiest one percent.

We have won.  We always have, for all the years of human history we have known that it is not the Gods we pretend to pray to or the offerings we give that empower us.  It is our cunning and the worship and accumulation of wealth that make us your overlords.

And you have always agreed to this arrangement.

For thousands of years ever since the glorious days of the Roman Empire we have searched for a land where the people practiced and believed our five principles while paying only lip service to their professed beliefs, traditions, values and gods.  We despaired of ever finding a place where we could truly feel welcome, a land where we could openly flaunt our greed and desire to dominate all life, a place where we could publicly revel and rejoice in the exploitation, humiliation and degradation of our fellow man. Our despair with our long search turned to unbridled joy however when we finally found ourselves in America, a land with a people whose way of life came closest to our five sacred principles.

Do you not know what they are? Have you not heard of our five sacred principles? Do you wish to become one of us?

Then read and you shall be instructed.

Principal One; The worship of money, the subordination of all your publicly professed values for its accumulation, the perversion of all your dearly held principles for its gain.  If you cannot worship money and the resultant power it gives you, you cannot be one of us.

Principal Two; The worship of sex, the use of sex as a tool for power and wealth. You must never have any feelings.  If need be you must betray all those you have relationships with for social or economic gain.  You must be willing to blackmail them.  You must be willing to say anything about them, factually correct or not to control them. You can never show restraint. You must be cruel. If you cannot use people as objects you cannot be one of us.

Principals Three and Four are the social hierarchical relationships. (Power)

Principal Three; All of us who are above you in wealth and power must be worshiped. You must flatter us and genuflect before us as did the eunuchs in Imperial Rome. You must fawn upon us. You must sacrifice your lives to please us as did the Praetorian Guard.  You must be willing to destroy entire nations and peoples if we command you to do so for no other reason then our own enrichment. If we chose to take your spouses as concubines or use them as toys for our pleasure, you must allow it. You must be willing to give us your children.  If you cannot do these things you cannot be one of us.

Principal Four; you must despise all those below you, for they are weak.  You must be willing to sacrifice them for your own goals and ours; you must not listen to their pleas or cries of pain. You must be willing to torture and kill them.  You must be cruel. You must always know that you are better than they are for you are one of the strong. If you cannot do these things you cannot be one of us.

Principal Five; The most important principle of them all, more important than the prior four combined.  YOU MUST LIE.  You must do so artfully, skillfully and without remorse.  You must never apologize. You must never back down. You must never tell the truth (a factually correct statement) unless it is the only way to serve your purpose. You must ceaselessly practice the art of lying.  You must know how to maintain plausible deniability, how to insinuate, how to suggest, how to spin, twist, shape and frame.  You must never allow those below you to develop the skill of critical thinking. You must never allow those below you access to the facts. You must know in your heart that there is no such thing as the “truth” or a “lie”, only information that serves your purpose. Principle Five reinforces and provides the framework for the other four.  It is the gravity of our universe; it is the glue that holds everything together.  If you cannot master this principle you can never, ever be one of us.

We are within you and about you, a few of us may fall from grace but there are many more to replace us from your impoverished teeming multitudes. Ones who are willing to do anything to succeed.

We are the wealthiest one percent.  Can you not taste us? Can you not smell us?  We contaminate your food and drink with our drugs, chemicals and pollutants.  We fill the air with our poisons.  We cover the ground with toxic wastes and fill the rivers with toxic sludge. Does it not taste good? We sell weapons of death and destruction to the rest of the world.  We watch with delight and hilarity while wars are fought using these weapons for values we’ve promulgated but don’t believe in.  We act as your cheer leaders while we “play” you against each other, group against group, tribe against tribe, nation against nation until you are spent and exhausted from the murderous strain. Is this not a joyous thing we do? Can you not smell the death? Does it not please you as it does us? After all, it’s the smell of money.

We are the wealthiest one percent.  Can you not see what we do?  We have perverted your values twisted your institutions, corrupted your children. Your politicians are not “yours” they belong to us; we have purchased them for our use alone.  And they came cheaply and willingly.  In our minds eye we see them in their tight little skirts and fishnet stockings, their cheap perfume and gaudy jewelry, willing to sell their values… and yours, for a paltry $5,000, $10,000 even $100,000 for laws that generate billions in profits for us.

We are the wealthiest one percent.  Can you not hear us?  When the Supreme Court said money was equal to free speech we knew we had won. As we took over the “mainstream” media and all the other organs of information we celebrated. Our presstitutes became our eager lackeys always willing to do our bidding. Our power could no longer be challenged.  You, the uncritical, unthinking, voiceless masses would believe anything we told you.

We are the wealthiest one percent.  Can you not feel us?  If you cannot, perhaps it’s because your feelings have atrophied your sense of community has been devastated, your connections to your fellow humans severed.  Don’t cry, you didn’t need them anyway; they were an impediment and made you weak.  We have watched while your churches have become hollowed empty shells of hypocrisy. When one of your Baptist ministers took his parishioners contributions and bought planes to trade in blood diamonds from Africa, we cheered with joy.  The price paid by the children in those countries with their amputated limbs was just our pound of flesh.

We are the wealthiest one percent. Can you not touch us?  No? We can certainly touch you; we break your bodies every day in our mills and factories.  We take away your safety protections, cut back your health benefits, eliminate your pensions and reduce your wages.  You are simply meat to us.  After you are crippled old and useless we discard you as a piece of used up detritus.  You are the lowest of the low, the dregs of the gutter,  the new sub-class of American untouchable, you are an employee.

We are the wealthiest one percent.  Can you not comprehend how we tax you?  The actual rates are as follows roughly 50% for labor and the self-employed, 20% for capital gains 0% if you are one of us, have a stable of well trained politicians and own a corporation.

We are the wealthiest one percent.  Will you not obey us? When the New York Times printed an article detailing the abuse of thousands of children in the Catholic Church over a period of seventy years in California, it contained not a single instance of a priest coming forward to report these acts to anyone outside of the church.  Not one single priest violated this covenant of silence in seventy years. Not one. This example of utter obedience to authority in concealing acts which violate the basic tenets of the group’s beliefs gratified us. It was proof to us that you understood one of our most sacred unwritten laws. That no matter how many individuals must be sacrificed upon the altar of the group’s needs, no matter how heinous the crimes committed; thou shalt not reveal the truth to anyone outside of the group. Be you in the church, the police, the military, a corporation, or your government. You shall conform, obey and be silent.

When your pathetic and archaic institution of marriage fell to the ceaseless onslaught of our mass media we were delighted. When the divorce rate skyrocketed it simply reflected our newfound attitudes. When those with differing tastes in their sexual preferences were honored and cheered by our “mainstream” media we were filled with joy. Were you not pleased along with us?  Since the glorious days of the Roman and Spartan Empires we have never achieved such a wide acceptance of our values.  Those of that persuasion have always been willing to delight us, pamper us, to stroke our vanity and serve our needs. They have always been attracted to the wealthy and powerful.  They were never a threat to the males among us regarding our wives or competitors for our rights to procreate, so it pleased us to reward them.

Now of course it isn’t just economic disenfranchisement that we can impose upon you at our pleasure, it isn’t just your impoverished daughters we can use when needed, we can now use your impoverished sons as well.

We are the wealthiest one percent. Do you not know you are a commodity? You are a product? You function only to provide a service; you exist only to be a worker unit, a sex unit, a killer unit, a consumer unit, even an organ donation unit?  One of the more profitable trades from the former Yugoslavian republic while it broke apart was the export of human organs to the United States.  It was only fitting that those with less money should serve us so. We deeply regret that the Iraqis bury their dead so quickly, we could have become a much closer people if this weren’t their custom. Such a sad waste of a good resource is anathema to us. Would it not be more fitting if, as we killed them for their oil, we used their very organs to prolong our lives?

We are the wealthiest one percent.  Do you not recognize us? Have we made it difficult for you to see us?  Like chameleons we change our coloration every ten to thirty years. We are the yin and yang of your lives, the Mutt & Jeff of your existence. When it’s time to harvest this countries accumulated wealth, the forests that were allowed to re-grow, the resources not yet extracted, the infrastructure maintained at great expense, the money you laboriously earned for your retirement, the healthy bodies and well trained minds paid for by your tax dollars, we would clothe ourselves as Republicans, start our wars and strip all of these savings from you; your health, your wealth, your pensions, your treasury, the environment and your very lives. We would say spending is good, debt doesn’t matter, saving your money makes you a fool and you would blindly follow our advice until you would have nothing left to give us.

Then while pretending to grieve piteously for the wretched state we put you in we would clothe ourselves as Democrats. As you lay there like a field full of sheep shorn of your wool by a callous shepherd, many of you slaughtered for your meat and the rest bleeding and injured from our harsh treatment we would come and promise to take care of you, to make rational choices for you once again, to practice good governance.  We would allow your wool to grow back, for you to get healthy and fat once more.  Until our cycle of harvest could begin anew.

We are the two faced Janus of this one party state. We are the wealthiest one percent.  Our needs are voracious, endless and relentless and we will never stop feeding.  Those pathetic countries who still maintain their ancient traditions will fall to us one by one as we conquer the world.

Do you wish to participate in our great game? Do you want to become a player amongst us?  All you have to do is give up your old, worn, discredited beliefs and if you follow our five sacred principles, you too will earn your rightful place along side us.

For we are the wealthiest one percent, you cannot resist us.

End. MPG
