So it's just about ginning up more faux-ire against the Russkies at the N.A.T.O. summit. --  Still, it's such a pathetically childish stunt, already totally discredited, that no one could possibly believe it.  So it's going to cause some acute embarrassment for the member states governments on the home front.  But, it appears they obviously could care less about what their citizens think. They'll just go ahead, perform their puppet theater faux-outrage for the cameras, spew out more childish lies, while they send a memo to Washington stating "Please have your lackeys in Ukraine do a better job next time." - mpg
