A curious statement.  Because the US-NRE is also actually, finally, fighting -- for a change  -- and attempting to destroy or degrade SOME of the terrorist organizations in Iraq.

This is a hint however from Maliki, that the parasites who control the US-NRE, are being highly selective in fighting their "war on terror". 

That just as they did in Mexico, during their "war on drugs", along with their "fast & furious" program, they're attempting to pick which terrorist group, or pseudo-gang, they want to survive the arranged carnage.

In the case of Mexico they were supporting the Sinaloa Cartel. A pseudo-gang they intended to use to control the drug trade, and to influence the Mexican government -- An operation that cost the lives of fifty thousand Mexicans, and sent hundreds of thousands of them fleeing across the border to seek safety in the United States. 

In the case of Iraq, judging from Maliki's complaint, and the abundant additional evidence produced daily, they're supporting Daesh (a.k.a. al-Qaeda), while trying to shift or nudge  certain less controllable, more radical elements of ISIS et. al., through occasional bombing campaigns, and no doubt back-channel entreaties, to retreat back into Syria to continue their terrorist campaign against Assad's government, and the Syrian people.

So it appears absolutely nothing has changed. 

The US-NRE, a craven, obsequious, colony of Israel, a declining imperial, destructive, degenerate, golum, is still engaged in furthering the Oded Yinon / PNAC protocols.

Plans of sectarian division, and nation state dismemberment, that have already shattered half a dozen countries in the Middle East and North Africa.

This insane strategy will guarantee that the current, and probably any subsequent Iraqi governments, will join the Russian, Chinese, Iranian, and Syrian axis of resistance and stability, as a matter of simple self-preservation.

After all, governments are there to preserve territorial integrity.  What government in the world would want to commit national suicide by having its territory shattered? Especially on behalf of a bunch of trans-nationalist, psychotic Euro-Kharzarian Zio-Jihadists, and some really sick, whacked-out, medieval, trans-nationalist, Wahhabist-Jihadists?

Even a government which might eventually be led by Sunnis?

The fact a small portion of Iraq's Sunni population, and those Sunnis in a few other countries in the Middle East, were stupid enough to believe in all that Saudi promulgated Wahhabist "Islamic Caliphate" crap, turn themselves into willing, amoral, psychotic, Saudi and Israeli mercenary tools, and self-immolate their own communities during  fifteen years of savage, relentless, self-destruction.... just makes them suicidal morons who enjoy watching their own family members be blown to bits, beheaded, or burned alive.

It's not a practical policy for ANY national government, or any sane, rational, people, to implement.
