Court Guts Voting Rights Act & Supreme
Court strikes down DOMA, Proposition 8
It is NOT an accident that these two decisions
were handed down in the same week. - On March 27th,
2013, commenting on an article that hinted the
"conservative" Supreme Court might rule for Prop Eight
this website editor wrote the following....."
"This is the New Roman Empire, the Supreme
Court is Neo-Roman to its core, they will
rule AGAINST Proposition 8 whereupon all the
little neo-conservatives and all the little neo-liberals
will pretend surprise at the Court's "reasonableness"
and their willingness to "overcome their inherent
conservative philosophy on behalf of the nation".
And you peasants, you peons, you groveling, obsequious,
genuflecting, serfs out there will have what little
remains of your historic social and cultural structures
- ground - into - the - dust."
There is ONE, and ONLY ONE - striking similarity
- that these two decisions share in common. Which,
for some unknown reason, has not been pointed out by
anyone! The dismissive treatment, nay, the spitting
of the Supreme Court upon the rights of the people to have
their votes counted.
In the case of Proposition Eight the Federal court system
did it TWICE. Once when the California
Federal appeals court overturned Proposition Eight which
passed by a MAJORITY of Californian voters and again when
the Supreme Court, with it's Imperial Neo-Roman,
pro-homosexual, arrogance, refused to let Proposition
Eight proponents argue their case in front of them.
They said they "had no standing", they denied them their
day in court. - This is a manifest celebration of Imperial
Neo-Roman power and the values of the parasites who run
this country by those on the Supreme Court.
The Court's "argument", if you could call it that, is a
radical interpretation of the equal protection clause of
the United States Constitution. They essentially
stated that "Marriage" between a man and a woman is equal
(thus equal protection) to that between two of the
same sex. An obvious untruth. There are
obvious differences.
- Marriage was founded and created on the FACT
that men and women are NOT equal, i.e.
that they ARE, actually, physically,
different.
- The very basis FOR the institution of
Marriage IS (or was) the differences
between a man and a woman....and the potential that
difference created. To DENY that as the Supreme Court
has done by this decision is a grave violation of
everyone's civil rights. It is a perversion of them.
They have ruled that a person's gender is now, no
longer a factor where marriage is concerned.
They have essentially denied it exists.
- Sex between those of the same gender is different
than that between a man and a woman, they have denied
this also as a factor for their new definition of
marriage.
- Sex between those of the same gender cannot result
in procreation, one of the fundamental basis's,
although not the only basis, for marriage. They have
denied this also as a factor for their new definition
of marriage.
- There can be no possible interpretation that this
decision rests upon the "original intent" of those who
wrote the United State's constitution, specifically
the founder's understanding of the equal protection
clause.
- Marriage is now defined by THE COURT, as a
contract between two bio-human units. (Why it should
be limited to just two is simply a fashion statement
and there is no logical or legal basis for it) --
Gender, sex and procreative considerations do not
matter. Under this definition there is
absolutely no reason why two brothers can't marry each
other or two sisters can't marry each other, or change
their sex, become hermaphrodites or even adopt
children. Perhaps, as the French called everyone
"citizen" during their revolution, and the Soviets
called everyone "comrade" during theirs, we should now
all call each other by the gender neutral
"IT". It would after all be politically correct.
The Court believes, perhaps like some ancient group of
Alchemists, that with a few confused, convoluted, utterly
indecipherable mumblings and some passes of their magic
gavel through the air, that they can, by arrogant decree
alone, turn two weak, malleable metals, that of tin and
copper, into something they simply cannot be separately,
but when combined are transformed into the hard and
durable metal called bronze.
In their infinite arrogance, in their disdain for what is
real, they have defined the properties contained in those
metals called copper and tin as being EXACTLTY the
same as those contained in their combination.
They believe they can render by jurisprudence alone, by
judicial dictat, by a few choice phrases, the sea or the
land into something that they cannot be separately by
themselves, into that area where they meet, mingle,
change, war and eventually accommodate each other, the
sea-shore.
In their extraordinary, contemptuousness for the natural
order they have defined the middle of the Pacific ocean,
or the heart of Death Valley, as EXACTLY the same
as what would comprise these elements were they to
eventually meet.
They are utterly and totally wrong. They are dangerously
deluded.
No judgement by them or any other court, or laws passed by
any legislature, or the trendy fashions of a bored,
pampered, degenerate, population along with the twisted
values of their murderous decadent, declining, empire, can
make such an interpretation true.
By word alone they cannot change base, weak, copper and
tin into bronze. Nor by any imaginable deed alone
can they change the roiling liquid sea, or the firm
obdurate land, into the "sea shore" itself.
The Court's intemperate, ill-considered, ill-logical
edict, (one can hardly call it a decision) reminds this
website editor of King
Cnut....
Cnut set his throne by the sea shore and
commanded the tide to halt and not wet his feet and
robes. Yet "continuing to rise as usual [the tide]
dashed over his feet and legs without respect to his
royal person. Then the king leapt backwards, saying:
'Let all men know how empty and worthless is the power
of kings, [and Courts] for there is none worthy of
the name, but He whom heaven, earth, and sea obey by
eternal laws.' He then hung his gold crown on a
crucifix, and never wore it again "to the honour of God
the almighty King"
If only this court would do the same and collectively
resign....
As regard's to their decision against the Voting Rights
Act, they appeared to have COMPLETELY ignored all the TENS
OF THOUSANDS of successful attempts to "cage voters",
strike them off the rolls and prevent their votes from
being counted in hundreds of devious, illegal,
unconstitutional ways. Systems of voter suppression
which were primarily targeted against minority voters (for
now) and which have already resulted in TWO fraudulent
presidential elections.
We currently have a system of "electronic" voting
(selection), which is run by offshore companies under the
control of foreign powers. To strike down one of the
major acts which offered at least a partial check on the GROWING
voter fraud in this country demonstrates quite clearly
where the loyalties of some of the Supreme Court
"Justices" actually lay. It is NOT in the United States or
with the United States Constitution. It is with those
companies, and those foreign citizens who actually run our
voting system and who, coincidentally enough, also support
the Supreme Court's decision regarding homosexual
marriage.
To all those members of the "liberal" (Neo-Liberal)
community who supported the Supreme Court's decision
regarding homosexual marriage, as your children become
further confused, as they're used and abused by the
wealthy parasites who foisted this decision on the rest of
this society, as the family structures and the
institutions of marriage break down even further,
including those in your own home, you deserve what's
coming.
To those Neo-Liberal "wives" who make more money than your
spouses of the opposite sex, as you're divorced and later
sued by your former "husband" and his male partner to
provide alimony under this new decision, as they teach
your children their "new found" values, as they "win"
custody of them, you deserve what you get.
Dito for the former Neo-Liberal "husbands" as they lose
their parental rights, and their hard earned money, to
those of a changing persuasion.
To those Neo-Conservative, racist, so-called
"states-rights" supporters who applauded the Supreme
Court's decision regarding the Voting Rights Act, as this
decision is later used to strike down every attempt to
have legitimate and lawful elections in this country, and
it WILL be, just remember you supported this
decision, and you deserve what's coming.
To all those in the African American and Hispanic
communities, many of whom voted for that murderous,
obscene, grotesque, thing currently squatting in the White
House, a well known bi-sexual creature utterly devoid of
any morality and totally beholden to a tiny, alien,
foreign power by the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, and
who did so on the basis of his skin color and NOT on
the content of his character, you deserve what's coming.
