Let's make this perfectly clear.  When you murder a material witness or tamper with evidence, especially a witness or evidence pertaining to a major crime, a crime which will later be used to further the political and legislative agendas both domestically and internationally of powerful elements within this country, along with those of certain foreign governments (Israel for example) -- There's No Excuse EVER!

Just like the people at Gitmo who've coerced false confessions, suborned perjury, manufactured evidence, destroyed evidence, denied counsel, spied on counsel, delayed prosecution, (in the case of the Gitmo inmates, ten years and counting), and murdered prisoners at Gitmo, such actions automatically make you an accessory after the fact in the crime of the accused.

It doesn't MATTER what bull-shit excuses latter come out. The "cops wanted vengeance", they got "carried away", they "were simply following orders.", they "were just covering their ass", they "were covering up an embarrassment", it "was a minor issue", "it was a simple mistake", "they were confused", etc.

Such pathetic excuses simply don't matter.  Everyone involved knows what they're doing, they're not stupid, they're not complete morons, everyone knows how these things go down, everyone knows this is EXACTLY how conspiracies work and exactly how they're covered-up!! 

Everyone is perfectly aware of these techniques of misdirection and obfuscation including the Boston police and the FBI!!   They're supposedly adults, not infantile children.  Just how many THOUSANDS of movies have we ALL seen where these EXACT scenarios are played out time and time again?!?!  Just how many times....from the JFK assassination to 9/11 have we seen these EXACT same types of modus operandi carried out by those who enforce on behalf of the state?

These are the oldest institutional tricks and bureaucratic games ever "played" in the world.  Whenever a superior officer goes up to an investigator, or agent on duty and says "just plant this gun, drugs, or whatever" or "get rid of this item" or "sign this false report" or "go in with guns BLAZING....wink....we'll protect you"....

Or whenever an officer or agent somehow becomes "misinformed" that a prime witness to a case involving powerful interests was "armed and dangerous" when it actually turns out he wasn't, but of course by then the witness is dead along with any chances for a successful prosecution....

 Or whenever those in uniform "lose" files or evidence for the "good of the department", "agency" or "for national security",  because after all "the perpetrator was guilty, everyone already  knew it", only it later turns out he wasn't.....They're engaging in criminal and sometimes, as in this case, traitorous activity.

Of course by the time everyone's violated their oath of service and covered-up each other's "mistakes" everybody's job is on the line because everybody is now implicated.  It's how institutions become completely corrupt from top to bottom.

It's how they stay that way, and it's how they get WORSE.

Every single person in uniform knows this is th e"process of corruption" when they're hired! THEY KNOW IT FROM DAY ONE! Whenever they're first asked to do this "little" (illegal) thing for the department, agency, unit, group or corp....they know it, and they know when they agree, that they're selling themselves.

So...CAN WE CAN ALL STOP PRETENDING NOW? OK?

Anyone in Boston who engaged in lying about any aspect of this investigation or engaged in any other criminal activity to muddy the waters is covering-up for the real perpetrators and should be considered an accessory after the fact for the terrorist crime that was committed.
