Regarding this article and the comments posted to it.

What everyone should remember is that Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party achieved much of their power through legal elections and instituted many of their programs and policies through legal mandates.  Although Hitler did not achieve the office of Chancellor through elections, (he'd been appointed to the office by President Paul von Hindenburg and a consortium of business interests who were worried about Communism's growing influence in Germany), he was able to achieve that office and later take over Germany because the "Nazi party gathered enough electoral support to become the largest political party in the Reichstag."

This website editor has repeatedly stated for years that it is the people's obligation to vote responsibly.  Mindlessly watching corporate sponsored and financed political TV advertisements while endlessly voting for the candidates promoted by these advertisements, candidates who repeatedly betray their promises and who openly service the agendas of corporations and even foreign nations who sponsor their campaigns is not voting responsibly.

Voting for Demos & Repubs when there is not one whit of difference between the two parties and their respective policies is not voting responsibly.  Still, up till now, most of the votes cast in this nation's elections have usually been counted with a fair degree of accuracy to the point where if the difference in any given election was greater than three to five percentage points, it was usually very difficult, if not impossible, for either party to steal it.

And while we as a nation still possess such a semi-effective electoral system, and whereas the voters of this nation keep voluntarily voting for the same identical bastards over and over and over again, it will be the voters responsibility for the tragedies and betrayals that will be repeatedly inflicted upon them.

As such this website editor would never advocate violence to alter or abolish this or any other government while votes are still being openly garnered, freely cast and fairly (relatively speaking) counted.  With one grave exception....

The voters of this nation are not allowed to vote its citizens constitutional rights away, nor allow their constitutional rights to be abolished or abrogated by the representatives they vote into office.  What constitutes a sufficiently grave violation of a people's, or an individual's, constitutional rights as to warrant a violent response against governmental tyranny comes down to current facts and circumstances as compared to the historical record.

Labor Force Participation Rate Drops To Fresh 25 Year Low, Adjusted Unemployment Rate At 11.7%
