FYI:  Let's make this crystal clear.  The Houthis are ONLY attacking, if they must -- or seizing, if they can -- ships that are owned directly or indirectly by the jews in occupied Palestine. 1. First and foremost, I would declare that America is the homeland of the American people, a people of European stock. From day one, America would be normatively white — meaning that white standards would be imposed on all — even though its population would be multiracial.
2. Beyond that, only whites would have civil rights, i.e. be able to participate in government. Non-whites would, however, retain all their human rights to life, property, due process, etc. They would be resident aliens -- Then I would get to work on reducing diversity.
3. If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging. Thus I would halt all non-white immigration, legal and illegal. I would, of course, be open to white immigrants, although in small numbers and with the expectation that they would assimilate to American culture and institutions, once they have been suitably improved.

FYI:  Number (3) MUST be done FIRST.  It must be Number (1). 

Trying to impose your "White Ethnic European Principals" on an ever increasing population of Non-Whites as stated in Number (1) is futile, and will guarantee increasing conflict.  It will corrode, and eventually destroy your own values as things become increasingly confused. Such  policies inevitably lead to two classes of "citizens" within the same territory.  A recipe for disaster. 

Even more so, if as stated in number (2), you have actually classified residents as non-citizens based on their race or ethnic origin.  Such persons resident in the country would have to leave or undergo some process of becoming a citizen.  It must be one or the other.

It must be done reasonably quickly. You cannot have them stay in the country for any extended period of time. You must complete the process.... perhaps in a few years?  You CANNOT have two classes of residents, based on race, or ethnicity, within the same borders.  One with representation, and one without.  It is a guarantee of eventual civil war.

Besides, If you can't stop and totally halt, legal and illegal immigration FIRST.  If you don't have the national fortitude to do something THAT simple, obvious, easy, and necessary.  You certainly won't be able to effectively impose any other principal, or "citizenship classification" at all, for any length of time, on anyone, anywhere, ever.

Also it was noted, with grave concern, that no mention was made in the article above of peacefully adjusting national borders.  Although the author did mention creating "homelands" within a nation's border.  Such truncated polities would however cause nothing but problems.

Remember Blood First, THEN Borders. 

If you're unwilling to compromise, regarding national borders, it will lead to eventual terror for all concerned.  Peaceful Balkannization and/or Succession, along with peaceful Accession and/or Irredentism, and the consequent adjustment of actual national borders may be the only solution in many cases for many peoples.

What is stated below is a general principal for all peoples -- An obvious general practical rule, and guideline....

The longer any peoples have settled an area, especially if it was natural and not recently contrived by outside forces, in other words populations naturally migrating, unopposed to an adjoining area, instead of being shipped there from far away by outside forces, or outside powers, and supported by such against the historical will of the indigenous populations, and these populations have settled down over decades or centuries, they have a right to claim self-determination for that area, and claim it as their own.
