At first this website editor, responding emotionally (always a bad thing to do), had classified this situation as a "Hip Hip Hooray!!" - But on further reflection it appears this lawsuit may not be such a good idea after all - It could set a broad precedent that might be used against the free and open web in the future. 

Now absolutely everyone can understand Melania Trump's towering, incandescent, outrage that Webster Tarpley would frontally assualt everything that she is, and appears to have ever wanted to be, (as directly opposed to certain previous occupants of the White House), with Tarpley's gratuitous false accusation.

Such a lawsuit however, if successful, could give great encouragement to a tiny, well known group of trans-nationalists in this country who specialize, and delight, in the practice of "lawfare" to ruthlessly advance their "tribe's" various, highly destructive causes. 

Among them nation-state erasing Bolshevik trans-nationalism.  Cultural and ethnic identity shredding and perverting Frankfort School Bolshevik / Marxism, and finally of course, their PNAC Protocols, which has laid waste to the former nations--states surrounding their criminal enclave like a flesh eating bacteria.  All three agendas  which this website editor groups under the rubric of Neoliberalconism
