They DID NOT arrest her, or charge her, or try her, or sentence her.  It wasn't a "court", as the article states above.  There was no "habeas corpus", no evidence was provided for why she was being detained, and she didn't have a lawyer.  It was a cabal of jews, who had other jews seize this women off the street, and hold her as a hostage, because of "allegations", (heresy and rumors), "that she has links to her brother's organization".

Of course she did. He's her brother, and that's all the "links" she needs to have to be held hostage for as long as the jews want to hold her.  Thousands of others Palestinians are being held under this regime of "Administrative Detention".  Many in very harsh conditions.  Many for years.  Some of them die. 

Hamas on Oct 7th, 2023 decided to rectify the situation by seizing some hostages of their own.  High value jewish military and civilian targets.  Most of them died, along with their hostages when the jews mowed them down with Attack Helicopters launching hell-fire missiles, Tank fire, and large caliber machine gun fire.  One particular road looked like the famous Highway of Death.  Shattered and burned-out vehicles for miles.  All quickly cleaned up by the jews to hide the fact THEY were the ones who killed almost all the "1,200" supposed civilians that died that day under their Hannibal Directive.  Many weren't even civilians.  If you didn't know this, if you're not familiar with these facts, ask  yourself why?  For more on "Administrative Detention" see quote shown below.....
